A new report claims Kate Middleton, 35, and her husband Prince William, 35, have been “royally blessed” in more ways than one! Apparently the beloved couple have been tapped by Queen Elizabeth II, 91, to succeed her amid the happy news that Kate is pregnant with her third child, at least according to Life & Style magazine. “Kate has always wanted a third child,” an alleged royal insider told the publication. “She’s been telling friends she will have some great news to share soon.” If the rumor is true, Kate and Will are about to have a lot on their plates! “Her majesty is just delighted that Kate has turned out to be such a star for the royal family,” the source said. “After all the scandals of the past, the queen is glad Kate has brought stability to the family.” The biggest scandal the queen is reportedly referring to is Prince Charles, 68, and Camilla‘s, 70, affair while Charles was married to Princess Diana. “When news first broke of Charles and Camila’s affair, the public sided with Dina. But as time went by and the couple tied the knot, the negative publicity died down,” another source told the media outlet. “Now the anniversary of her death has reopened old wounds. The royals knew it would be much talked about, but they never expected so many to speak out about the suffering Di went through…Once again, critics are turning against Charles.”

It’s for that reason the queen wants to pass the torch directly to Kate and William — and pass over her own son in the process. “Initially, Charles was opposed to the idea of abdicating, saying he had waited his whole life to be king,” an alleged high-level courtier told the mag. “But he is coming around to the idea. In a funny way, stepping aside could make Charles incredibly popular. People would regain their respect for him.” Either way though, the mag insists Kate is most likely in the early stages of pregnancy, and that the palace will be making an announcement soon.

“Kate has been trying for another baby for months and is showing all the tell-tale signs that she’s expecting,” another source revealed. “She’s been suffering from nausea and morning sickness again, and she can’t stop eating spicy food and candy!” If the brunette beauty truly is expecting, it would make Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 2, older siblings! “She may look pencil-thin, but she is always holding her arms or a bag in front of her tummy in recent weeks,” the insider said. “And at a private party the other day she declined to have an alcoholic drink, so there are signs everywhere.”

Queen Elizabeth couldn’t be more pleased. “In Elizabeth’s eyes, Kate is intelligent, warm, professional, understands what is required from being a royal, and is loved by the public,” a source added. “She’s the first woman in years who has married into the royal family without bringing drama with her.”

It’s not Pink Friday, but we’re still seeing double. Two of raps hottest stars, Nicki Minaj and Cardi B, have been spotted wearing eerily similar fashion choices recently. For Nicki it was the skin-tight pink latex jumpsuit she rocked at the 2017 Video Music Awards, while for Cardi it was a pink latex 2-piece in August 2016. Even though these were two very different looks worn almost exactly a year apart, the similarities between Nicki and Cardi’s outfits are just too real. It’s exciting to think that this color pink is definitely making a fashion comeback, but should we all be prepared to rock latex soon, too?

Nicki’s look at the 2017 VMAs was extremely sexy, even despite her unintentional camel toe on the red carpet. She rocked the one-piece latex jumpsuit on the red carpet, and it featured an extremely low-cut cleavage line that left very little to the imagination. Cardi’s 2-piece was similar in color and tightness, but was actually a crop top and pants. The outfit also featured half-sleeves that ran from Cardi’s wrists to her elbows, and a matching choker. Floodwaters reached the roof lines of single-story homes Monday, and people could be heard pleading for help from inside as Harvey kept pouring rain on the Houston area after a chaotic weekend of rising water and rescues.

The nation's fourth-largest city was still largely paralyzed, and there was no relief in sight from the storm that spun into Texas as a Category 4 hurricane, then parked itself over the Gulf Coast. With nearly 2 more feet of rain expected, authorities worried whether the worst was yet to come.

The disaster unfolded on an epic scale in one of America's most sprawling metropolitan centers. The Houston metro area covers about 10,000 square miles, an area slightly bigger than New Jersey. It's crisscrossed by about 1,700 miles of channels, creeks and bayous that drain into the Gulf of Mexico, about 50 miles to the southeast from downtown.

The flooding was so widespread that the levels of city waterways have either equaled or surpassed those of Tropical Storm Allison from 2001, and no major highway has been spared some overflow.
 
On Monday, the city's normally bustling business district was virtually deserted, with emergency vehicles making up most of the traffic. Most traffic signals were out and most businesses closed.

Elsewhere, water gushed from two reservoirs overwhelmed by Harvey as officials sought to release pressure on a pair of dams where floodwaters were at risk of spilling uncontrolled from around the sides of the barriers. The move aimed at protecting the downtown business district risked flooding thousands more homes.

Meanwhile, rescuers continued plucking people from the floodwaters — at least 2,000 so far, according to Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo.

At least 185 critical rescue requests were still pending on Monday morning. The goal is to rescue those people by the end of the day, Acevedo said.

With rain falling unabated, he said there was nowhere left for the water to drain.

"I'm not sure where the water is going because it's just so much that we can't really absorb more in the ground at this point," he told MSNBC's "Morning Joe."

The rising water forced a mass evacuation of parts of the city Sunday and rescuers who could not keep up with constant calls for help. The storm has been blamed for at least two deaths.

The Red Cross quickly set up Houston's George R. Brown Convention Center and other venues as shelters. The convention center, which was also used as a shelter for Katrina refugees in 2005, can accommodate roughly 5,000 people. By Monday morning, it had already reached half its capacity, the Red Cross said.

Residents living near the Addicks and Barker reservoirs — which were created to prevent flooding in downtown Houston — were warned Sunday that a controlled release would cause additional street flooding that could spill into homes. The rising water and ongoing rain put pressure on the dams, which could allow water to spill outside them if the pressure is not relieved.

Harris and Fort Bend county officials advised residents to pack their cars Sunday night and leave in the morning.

The Army Corps of Engineers started the reservoir releases before 2 a.m. Monday — ahead of schedule — because water levels were increasing at a rate of more than 6 inches (15 centimeters) per hour, Corps spokesman Jay Townsend said.

Officials in suburban Fort Bend County issued mandatory evacuation orders late Sunday along the Brazos River levee districts as the river rose to major flood stage. The National Weather Service predicted that the water could rise to 59 feet (18 meters). That much water would top the levees and carries a threat of levee failure, County Judge Robert Herbert said.

In the Cypress Forest Estates neighborhood in northern Harris County, people called for help from inside their homes as water from a nearby creek climbed to the same level as their eaves. A steady procession of rescue boats floated into the area.

One man, Joe Garcia, carried his German shepherd in the chest-deep water before being picked up by a boat. Garcia said he floated out a tub of his belongings, then went back in for the dog.

On Sunday, incessant rain covered much of Houston in turbid, gray-green water and turned streets into rivers navigable only by boat. In a rescue effort that recalled the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, helicopters landed near flooded freeways, airboats buzzed across submerged neighborhoods and high-water vehicles plowed through water-logged intersections. Some people managed with kayaks or canoes or swam.

Volunteers joined emergency teams in pulling people from their homes or from the water. Authorities urged people to get on top of their houses to avoid becoming trapped in attics and to wave sheets or towels to draw attention to their location.

The weather service warned that the flooding will get worse in the days ahead and that the floodwaters will be slow to recede once Harvey finally moves on.

Up to 20 inches (51 centimeters) of rain could fall in the coming days, on top of the more than 30 inches (76 centimeters) some places have already seen, weather service Director Louis Uccellini said Monday.

Rescuers were giving priority to life-and-death situations, leaving many affected families to fend for themselves. Several hospitals in the Houston area were evacuated due to the rising waters.

Some people used inflatable beach toys, rubber rafts and even air mattresses to get through the water to safety. Others waded while carrying trash bags stuffed with their belongings and small animals in picnic coolers.

The deteriorating situation was bound to provoke questions about the conflicting advice given by the governor and Houston leaders before the hurricane. Gov. Greg Abbott urged people to flee from Harvey's path, but the Houston mayor issued no evacuation orders and told everyone to stay home.

The governor refused to point fingers on Sunday.

"Now is not the time to second-guess the decisions that were made," Abbott, a Republican, said at a news conference in Austin. "What's important is that everybody work together to ensure that we are going to, first, save lives and, second, help people across the state rebuild."

Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner, a Democrat, defended his decision, citing the risk of sending the city's 2.3 million inhabitants onto the highways at the same time.

"If you think the situation right now is bad, and you give an order to evacuate, you are creating a nightmare," Turner said.

The White House said President Donald Trump would visit Texas on Tuesday, accompanied by first lady Melania Trump.

Harvey was the fiercest hurricane to hit the U.S. in 13 years and the strongest to strike Texas since 1961's Hurricane Carla, the most powerful Texas hurricane on record.

Pray for Houston! The 2017 MTV Video Music Awards are finally here, so the biggest stars gathered at the Forum in Los Angeles for the momentous occasion on Aug. 27. Even though it was a fun-filled evening, celebrities, fans and viewers at home couldn’t keep their minds of those struggling in Texas due to Hurricane Harvey. During the show, host Katy Perry made sure to send her love to Houston, offering support with the kindest words ever. It hasn’t been an easy weekend by any means, as dozens are injured and some feared dead after 130 mph winds and floods swept through the southeast portion of Texas.

“We’re praying for your safety in the days to come and stay with you as you rebuild, because we’re all in this together,” said Katy in a heartfelt moment. she also urged viewers to donate to the Red Cross to get help for those in need. The conditions are only getting crazier as time passes, since another 50 inches of rainfall are expected. Photos have already emerged showing the total and utter devastation, with locals using boats to get around. Dogs are looking for their owners after being abandoned and many residents are trapped inside their homes as the flood waters continue to rise to frightening levels. It’s reported that Hurricane Harvey is a once in a lifetime storm for Texans. There was even chaos as people tried to prepare for the storm by heading to the store and grabbing all their necessities, including food, water and first aid.

Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner previously made a statement and revealed that the storm is far from over. “People need to know, this is not a one, two-day event and done,” he told CNN. “Even though it may seem like it will get better, this is a four or five-day event starting tomorrow evening going through Monday or Tuesday.” Search and rescue teams are already being sent to those in need. It’s amazing that celebs at the VMAs also used their time in the spotlight to speak on behalf of those going through this, since every bit can help.

Taylor Swift, 27, got everyone talking when she premiered her music video for “Look What You Made Me Do” at the MTV Video Music Awards on Aug. 27, and after close investigation of the clip, we’ve noticed that she definitely takes a stab at nemesis Kim Kardashian, 36. The video starts with Taylor burying her old self and becoming someone new, and in the first scene of the “new Taylor,” she’s swimming in a bathtub of diamonds and decked out in super expensive bling. Could this be referencing Kim’s Oct. 2016 robbery, where she was held at gunpoint in a Paris hotel room bathroom and robbed of her expensive diamond ring from Kanye West, 40, among other items?! Later on, there’s a bunch of people wearing cat masks and tearing Taylor’s closet while stuffing money in bags.

Then, at the end of the video, Taylor gathers her previous music video characters in one place, along with her personas from this current video. One of the “old Taylors” asks a “new Taylor,” “What are you doing?” and the “new Taylor” responds with, “Getting receipts! Gonna edit this for later.” Hmm…this definitely seems to be an ode to Taylor and Kim’s summer 2016 drama! Remember, Taylor denied giving Kanye permission to mention her in his song “Famous,” so Kim took to Snapchat to share the videos of Tay and ‘Ye’s phone call, where she appears to give him the go-ahead. Could this be Taylor’s way of saying Kim edited the footage to be in her favor!?

Before the video concludes, an “old Taylor” from the 2009 VMAs — yep, the year Kanye stormed onstage and interrupted her Best Female Video speech — takes a microphone and says, “I would very much like to be excluded from this narrative.” This is the SAME phrase she used in her clapback statement after Kim released the Snapchat videos last year!

At another point of the video, Taylor lines up a bunch of women that appear doll-like in the same exact outfit, and by the end of the scene, the models are all collapsed on the floor. This seems to be referencing Kanye’s disastrous 2016 New York Fashion Week last September, where models fainted due to extreme heat and harsh conditions. The shade is SOOOO real, you guys!

And Jon Snow’s name is actually… Aegon Targaryen! Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright) made the huge reveal about Jon (Kit Harington) to Sam (John Bradley-West) in the Game of Thrones season 7 finale. Lyanna whispered Jon Snow’s real name to Ned just before she died. Sam and Bran finally put the pieces of the puzzle together regarding Jon Snow after Sam arrived in Winterfell. “He needs to know the truth,” Bran said to Sam about Jon. “About himself.”

Thanks to Sam’s mention about what Gilly discovered in one of the old maester’s diaries, Bran had a vision of Rhaegar and Lyanna’s wedding. “Robert’s Rebellion is built on a lie,” Bran said to Sam. Everyone believed that Rhaegar had kidnapped and raped Lyanna, but that was not the case at all. “He loved her,” Bran continued. “And she loved him.” The beloved King in the North is not Ned Stark’s bastard son. Fans thought they had learned Jon Snow’s real name way before season 7. Empire Magazine released a story in July 2017 about the highly-anticipated season and wrote that Jon’s birth name was Jaeherys Targaryen. However, one of Empire’s contributing editors revealed on Twitter that the name hadn’t been confirmed by the cast or crew. The name they put in the story was actually based on a popular fan theory. Over the years, fans had a number of theories about Jon Snow’s real name, and some of them turned out to be right!

Taylor Swift is coming for...who exactly? The singer finally dropped the first single off of her upcoming sixth studio album Reputation, and fans are decidedly torn on whether they love or hate it. The new song is called "Look What You Made Me Do" and introduces a whole new Taylor to the world, but not everyone is loving the change.

There are a lot of secret messages hidden in the song and no one is quite sure who Taylor is calling out or who made her do what. Could it be Katy Perry or Kanye West? "I don't like your tilted stage," Taylor sings, which could be a pretty clear shot at the stage Kanye used for his Saint Pablo tour.

Hmm...obviously Taylor's not commenting, buuut there are a few other reasons to believe she's throwing some major shade.


Reputation is due out on November 10, which is the the 10-year anniversary of Kanye's mom's death. Taylor's camp has denied any correlation, but it is a pretty crazy coincidence. Demi Lovato belted out a crowd-stirring performance of the National Anthem for the packed house at the Floyd Mayweather-Conor McGregor fight at the Las Vegas T-Mobile Arena in Nevada on Saturday night. Both the cheering crowd at the arena and the Internet have spoken—Demi was a hit!

For the show-stopping (or starting, rather) number, the big-voiced singer opted for a plunging white ensemble, fitted with a golden belt to sing ahead of the "fight of the century."
